FAQ

Clear scope before any property file starts.

Is PNW Property Ready a septic inspector?

No. We organize records, county links, deadlines, and provider handoffs. Technical inspections and reports must be completed by certified or licensed professionals.

Can you guarantee a sale, permit, system condition, or water quality?

No. We do not guarantee permit approval, sale approval, system condition, water quality, inspection outcome, or county acceptance.

What documents help?

Property address, parcel/APN, prior septic reports, as-built drawings, maintenance records, water tests, provider names, listing date, closing date, or ADU plans.

Are the county rules the same everywhere?

No. Jefferson, Kitsap, Whatcom, Skagit, and Snohomish use different record systems, inspection language, and sale or maintenance workflows. The packet links to the official county pages used for that property.

What happens if a provider is needed?

We identify the handoff, gather the records a provider may need, and coordinate scheduling only after you approve the scope. Provider costs are separate and provider findings stay with the provider.

What does the Sale-Readiness Packet cost?

The pilot price is $299. Inspection coordination is a separate $149 admin fee plus transparent provider costs where provider work is needed.

Do you pay agents or inspectors for referrals?

No referral-fee program is active. Referral fees or settlement-service compensation would require legal review before use.

Which counties are in scope?

The launch area is Jefferson, Kitsap, Whatcom, Skagit, and Snohomish counties.
